This month we hosted our annual Fall Festival of Homes, our largest open house event of the year! We extended the event this year to span two weekends, and it was a busy event hosting over 40 open houses and a special grand opening at one of our new home communities.
The open houses included 10 of our new home communities and several resale listings. Overall, it was a very successful year for The Gove Group with 115 groups visiting our open houses throughout the two weekends! We put 3 homes under agreement and received multiple reservations at our new home communities. We also launched Canterbury Commons, a new 55+ community in Epping, NH, on the first weekend of Fall Festival with a grand opening event.
Visitors at each open house were encouraged to enter to win an exciting giveaway by texting a code at every open house they visited. The winner has been gifted a stay at the Omni Mount Washington Resort.
