We're thrilled to be welcoming Mike McKenney to The Gove Group team as our new Resale Manager. Mike is an experienced REALTOR® who transitioned to real estate after spending 32 years working as a public school educator. As a teacher and administrator, he developed outstanding communication skills, and he prides himself on being a careful listener and expert collaborator. Mike believes in developing strong relationships with his clients built on honesty and trust.
Born and raised in Dover, Mike spent his educational career in various schools in the Seacoast area. He has a strong connection with and knowledge of the area. He’s been very involved in his local community, serving on a handful of boards such as the Dover Children’s Home, Leadership Seacoast, and Dover’s 375th Anniversary Committee. He also has coached and officiated sports throughout the area. A graduate of Dover High School and Keene State College, Mike is the 7th generation in his family to call the Dover/Barrington area home – he truly is a Seacoast native and expert in the area.
Mike joined The Gove Group as a REALTOR® and Resale Manager in 2021. He is excited to continue working with buyer and seller clients while also training and assisting Gove Group agents. In his free time, Mike enjoys traveling and vacationing with his friends and family, golfing, hiking, and spending time outdoors.
