We are pleased to announce another agent has joined our team, Shane Marrama! Shane decided to join our superb team of motivated agents because of our commitment to our clients and the use of advanced marketing we provide for REALTORS®. Shane currently owns a freelance photography and videography business in Seacoast, NH, giving him the upper edge with the most up to date technology and marketing tactics to create the most ideal selling environment for his clients. Shane understands how moving can be a stressful process for some parties, which is why he works diligently to ensure a friendly and seamless atmosphere for his clients. 

Shane got into real estate because his passion has always come from seeing different types of homes and their respective stories. Shane enjoys hearing everyone's favorite moments and emotional attachments that they have with the place they call home, and he uses this connection to relate to his clients. Growing up in Fremont, New Hampshire and living there for 20 years, Shane understands the emotional connection people can make with a home. He wants people to feel the same way when selling their old home and moving into a new one.
