JP Structures, LLC. is owned and operated by long-time home builder Ryan Robbins. Ryan has been building new homes since 2002 and has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of new construction. Being a hands-on owner, Ryan has done everything from pouring concrete for a foundation, framing the perfect floor plan, general site work, finishing touches, and everything in-between! His passion lies in building a high-quality home, that stays on schedule, with a unique one-on-one experience with buyers. Ryan’s individual approach to home building cuts out the middle man- buyers of all kinds, whether building new construction for the first time or a new home veteran, will benefit from meeting directly on-site with the person actually building their home. This greatly streamlines the build process and ensures a high level of communication. Ryan has experience building a large variety of new single-family homes and specializes in craftsman-style homes with open concept floor plans. His flexible business model allows him to easily shift between building semi-custom spec homes to fully-custom homes created especially to his buyer's needs, down to the smallest details.
