With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Paul Langdon, Jr. has built more than 300 custom homes across Southern New Hampshire. Based in Epping, New Hampshire, Paul founded Langdon Construction, LLC, in 2001 with a simple yet powerful philosophy: “The Way to a Better Home.” This guiding principle reflects the company’s commitment to quality construction, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service.
Paul is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, where he studied Psychology and Criminology, focusing on a path in Law Enforcement. After several years of working for a local community, he realized that he was still drawn to the construction fields from which he had grown up.
“There is a true sense of accomplishment when you can look back at something that you have built with your own hands. When people introduce you to their children and say, ‘This is the man that built our home.’”
Paul has built several large-scale communities and built many individual custom homes. Since then, Langdon Construction has grown to become a trusted name in homebuilding throughout the region. Paul’s hands-on approach ensures every home meets his high standards for craftsmanship. His long-standing relationships with trusted subcontractors–many of whom have worked with him for 20-plus years–are a cornerstone of the company’s success.
In addition to running Langdon Construction, Paul is a licensed septic installer and owns PJL Excavation, offering vertical integration that streamlines his projects. He has also served his community in various capacities including as a member of the Epping Water and Sewer Commission, Zoning Board, and as a substitute building inspector for the town of Epping. Paul’s deep roots in the community, combined with his passion for quality homebuilding, have made Langdon Construction synonymous with excellence and trust in Southern New Hampshire.
