The company was founded by the O’Neill family: John, Scott, and Brian. John, father of Scott & Brian, has developed homes for the last 40 years. Scott, coming from a Finance background, joined his father in 2010 to assist in building custom homes and creating new communities. Brian, a retired law enforcement officer, has been coordinating team projects throughout the Seacoast, ensuring buyers have a positive experience during their home building process.

The O’Neill family embraces the value of building green, evolving with lifestyle needs, and ultimately creating spaces that are livable, authentic, and carefully crafted. StoneArch even has its own in-house architectural designer, separating them from the pack of builders throughout the Seacoast.
