Chelsea has spent countless hours in both buyer and seller transactions. On the listing side, Chelsea has worked with family estates, relocations, and high-end luxury listings. On the buyer side, Chelsea has collaborated with first-time home buyers, investment properties and down-sizing. Chelsea understands the importance of client empowerment by offering options, full transparency, and accountability throughout your specific timeline.

Chelsea was born and raised in Rye NH, with her family residing in 6 of the 13 Seacoast towns. Chelsea joins Gove Group’s Resale Division to comprehensively support clients. With many REALTOR® colleagues and experts in the industry in her corner, you will get exponentially more support. 

Alumni of Northfield Mount Hermon School, Chelsea worked in business management and marketing after college at Portland State University. Her aptitude for real estate began when working alongside her husband Ian Mickey - a renovation contractor and finish carpenter in Greenland NH.
 
In her spare time, Chelsea volunteers in her hometown with “The Rye Advocates”, a small team from Rye's Historical Society, digitizing records for homes built “Pre-1920”. "I love the untold stories of older homes in New England." said Conley in a Summer 2021 interview with NH REALTOR® Magazine. Chelsea is also a member of the Seacoast Board of REALTORS®.
