We were so pleased to have Joan represent us in the sale of our home in Candia. When we encountered issues in preparing the house for sale, Joan stuck it out and helped us correct the problems. She was knowledgeable, supportive, and professional throughout and we got the right price! 

Where do we begin? The late evening frantic calls, the emails and endless text messages, even the silly questions - we could not have done this without you! After Joan did some research and comps, we decided to list our rental property. She was very educated on what was going on with the real estate market in our area. Within a couple of weeks and an open house, we had an offer. Before we knew it we were closing. Thanks, Joan for all the leg work and follow through with the whole process.
